Team Leader / Nurse Manager ACT MultiD West Moreton Hospital and Health Service

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ACT provides a central point of access, particularly through 1300 MH-CALL and Emergency Department (ED) assessments. The service delivers triage, intake, acute response, assessment, coordination of emergency services, short term treatment interventions (4-6 weeks) and facilitates discharge to primary or continuing care. The team is predominantly community based for adults, operating on an extended hour basis.

Manage the operational delivery of mental health clinical services for a multidisciplinary Acute Care Team at Ipswich within the Division of Mental Health, West Moreton Health Service District, so as to foster an integrated recovery-oriented approach to mental health care at the local, district and area level.

$4933.10-$5,355.90 per fortnight
