Residential Youth Worker – Student Opportunities

Are you currently studying a Diploma or Cert IV in Youth Work or a related field? Edmen’s Kickstart Program could be the perfect opportunity to get you started in the industry. Our Kickstart Program provides eligible students with the opportunity to complete placement hours fully paid while you study, with ongoing work available once your placement has finished.

About You

What do you need to be studying to be eligible?

About the Position
We are looking for Residential Youth Workers in North Brisbane to Deception Bay. We currently have a high need for staff in Petrie, Caboolture and Bracken Ridge.

As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be privileged to work with some of the strongest and most wonderful young people who have experienced trauma and neglect. You will help provide a safe and nurturing home environment and support them in their day to day lives, teach them practical and social skills and be a role model in preparing them for adulthood.
