Australian Health Professionals (AHP) Disability & Home Care is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live their best life.
    
About this Opportunity…
In this community based role, you will conduct functional assessments and work with NDIS participants, their family and/or their support team to develop a behaviour support plan.  You will also train the support teams to implement the plan and then review the plans as the participants’ needs change. 
  
About You…
This role requires:

  • Registration with the NDIS Commission
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support plans and Assessments highly advantageous
  • Police check completed within the last 3 years
  • Working with Children’s check (if applicable)
  • Driver’s licence and access to a car
