About the Role

The Onsites team provides services which proactively support the mental health and wellbeing of our customers. We’re seeking qualified and experienced chaplains, psychologists, social workers,and counsellors, and located in and around the Perth or surrounding area for multiple locations, who are able to provide respond to a variety of Onsite workplace support needs (including Walk and Talk, one on one counselling, and small group facilitation). We are open to this role being undertaken as a contractor or an employee.

We have 6 sites within 1 hour (approximately) of Metro Perth, our ideal candidate would be able to attend all of these locations – travel hours are paid.
Each site will need to be visited for a 2 hour service, once per month between the hours of 6am-8am or 6:30am-8:30am. 

The site locations are Clarkson, Walliston, Port Kennedy, Cockburn, Mandurah and Rockingham. 
The total number of hours per month is 12 hours of service plus travel hours of between 8-12 per month, depending on candidates location.

·       Have demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities and workload factors

·       Are knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking

·       A current driver’s licence and if relevant, your own vehicle
