Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised qualification in the field of Psychology/Social Work / Counselling, or related field – Provisional Psychologist are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrable experience in working with children to address issues such as emotional and psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, life-stage issues, behavioural problems etc.
- Demonstrable ability in implementing intervention strategies based on sound theoretical frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience and ability in liaising and working with stakeholders such as referring agencies.
- Experience in and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to work within the Catholic ethos of the organisation
- Current Driver’s Licence – Willing and able to travel to Blayney two days a fortnight and Oberon two days a fortnight – Centacare car pool available for this travel
