CHC43515 Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work

The Role

  • Craft, deliver, and assess transformative training that empowers students
  • Guide and support students throughout their learning 
  • Cultivate an inclusive learning haven that thrives on diversity
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team fostering professional growth and camaraderie.

What We’re Seeking in You

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE40116) or its equivalent
  • Hold a vocational certificate or diploma Mental Health or other Community Services related qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in mental health, or as a mental health peer worker
  • Exhibit a proven track record as a trainer and assessor
  • Communicate with finesse and flair
  • Possess an unyielding passion for igniting change
  • Embrace innovative teaching methodologies
  • Willing to complete NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
