To strengthen our Wellbeing framework and build pastoral capability, and a community of belonging,  a new senior leadership opportunity has been created – Head of Senior Years’. Reporting to the Deputy Principal Years 7-12, this position will provide strategic leadership and campaign for student wellbeing, pastoral care and academic progress across the senior years 10-12 student cohort. 

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & eligibility for TRBWA registration
  • Demonstrated teaching excellence in a specialist field 
  • Mid level leadership experience to motivate and guide others leading individual senior year groups’
  • A strong understanding of the wellbeing and pastoral needs of girls’ during senior years 9-12 schooling
  • Outstanding collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Superior communication and presentation abilities
  • Excellent organisation and time management strengths
  • A commitment to all girls’ education in all girls’ environments
