Positions Available:
Due to our recent success securing significant additional funding, our MH&AOD Team are undergoing a restructure. This includes the creation of three new Clinical Lead positions. These positions are:
1) Head to Health Short Term Care Clinical Lead
2) Head to Health immediate Access Clinical Lead
3) Enhanced Mental Health Services Clinical Lead
Reporting to the Mental Health Services Manager, the Clinical Lead’s will work with an experienced clinical leadership group to support the establishment, effective service provision and operation of the Head to Health Northern Adelaide Centre. Acting as key leader’s, the Clinical Lead’s will foster good workplace culture, exemplify a positive leadership style and embrace and embed Sonder’s values into everything they do.

Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical practice in mental health treatment and care, preferably providing therapeutic treatment and/or case management and support
- Experience in working and supporting Peer Practice workforce
- Proven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health service delivery
- Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation
- Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.
- Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts
Qualification Requirements:
- Current registration with one of the following bodies:
- Social Workers – Registered member of the AASW and having AASW Mental Health Accreditation
- Psychologists – Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Registered Nurses – Registered with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
- Occupational Therapists – Registered with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and AHPRA
- Relevant Leadership or Management Training is desired
