Social Worker – New Graduate Metro North Hospital & Health Service

JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

The Residential Transition Care Program operates seven days a week with opening hours – 0800 hours to 1630 hours including public holidays. Only nursing services are rostered weekends and public holidays.  Further extension of operating hours may occur based on client and hospital and health service need.
