The role:
We are currently seeking a Coordinator Individual and Family Support Services (IFSS) to join our Parenting and Families team. As a Coordinator IFSS, you are responsible for the successful management of Communicare’s Individual and Family Support Service (IFSS), a universal, early intervention program which is funded by the WA State Government.
Through the provision of values-based leadership to staff working within these programs, you will drive the delivery of quality services by identifying and implementing initiatives to improve both service efficiency and effectiveness. You will also develop and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships within the sector to enhance service delivery and provide further opportunities for individuals and families to build their financial resilience and capability.
This position will be offered on a fixed term part time basis, working 45.6 hours per fortnight.
Selection Criteria:
- Diploma of Community Services or a related discipline.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
- Unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Working With Children Check
