About the role
This role will be joining a team of 13, working from our Subiaco office and/or from home and working with clients in the Perth metropolitan area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of clients and providing return-to-work assistance/case management within the workers’ compensation, compulsory third party and life insurance schemes
- Completing ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Documentation and report writing

The remuneration package for this role includes a base salary dependent on experience, plus 10.5% superannuation, and:

About Custodian Work Assist
Custodian Work Assist is a WA owned and operated boutique workplace rehabilitation provider. We are accredited with WorkCover WA, providing return to work assistance for Workers’ Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Life Insurance claims. We care for our clients and aspire to provide the highest possible standard of workplace rehabilitation services.
We work alongside Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, a national exercise physiology and physiotherapy company, and in total have a vibrant team of over 100 allied health and support staff across Australia.
About you
- Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Chiropractic or Nursing
- Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- Experience in workplace rehabilitation is not essential but will be viewed favourably
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Driven and resilient
