JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking an experienced Clinician (Psychologist or Social Worker) with experience in EAP and Incident Management (Trauma) to join our team in Hobart!

About the role:

This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling work experience in both face-to-face and digital settings. You will provide essential employee well-being services, counselling and trauma support to clients from both the public and private sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW).
  • Proficiency in short-term counselling and psychological first aid.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and anger issues.
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face and/or telephone counselling.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills, with comfort in using technology and digital platforms.
