ABOUT THE JOB
You’ll be working as an experienced Counsellor or Social Worker in our Therapeutic Supports team and our Work ready team reporting to the team manager.
You’ll be responsible for working with the participants mental health counselling care needs, goal setting and implementing and regularly following up and writing NDIS report, full training given. You will be entering details into our CRM in a timely manner and any other additional requirements of the role.
You’ll provide guidance and counselling on mental health areas and the right solution/processes/therapy. The role also invoices working one on one with participants to also help them learn work ready and life skills training.
You’ll work closely with our Therapeutic Supports Team and the Work Ready team to schedule and arrange Counselling or support sessions and one on one work ready sessions.
You’ll be an advocate for Vesta Community Care values of kindness, fairness and respect, inviting members and their families to communicate any concerns and compliments to us.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 12 months experience in NDIS
- Registered with your governing body.
- Current Blue card
- Current first Aid and CPR
- Police Check
