Our Federal Government client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Intake Allocator to ensure timely allocation of individuals to vital services. This role presents an opportunity to work collaboratively, make informed assessments, and facilitate referrals in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively manage the regional allocation queue, liaising with In-Centre Clinicians and Program Clinicians.
- Review intake assessments and match clients to suitable Program Clinician or In-Centre staff based on needs.
- Conduct intake assessments for couples and family counselling, including Family and Domestic Violence screening.
- Conduct counselling intake assessments for internal referrals.
- Maintain a small clinical workload as negotiated.
- Apply APS Values, maintain safe working practices, and contribute to community development and service promotion.
- Participate in program evaluation, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
