This established rehabilitation provider is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to take on a varied caseload of clients (Workers Compensation and Life Insurance). You will have support from an experienced and supportive manager, good infrastructure and systems and the flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload and time.
This role is open to experienced Rehabilitation Consultants with a strong desire to help clients return to health and work. You will be confident in providing assessments and enjoy working autonomously
You will be responsible for the following:
- Completing a range of assessments- Vocational Assessments predominantly
- Liaison with key stakeholders.
- Working closely with a strong employment services division.
- Completion of high-level written reporting.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership ASORC, RCAA etc).
- Previous occupational rehabilitation experience
- Recent experience with either Workers Compensation or Life Insurance cases
- The ability to work effectively on an independent basis.
- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication
The role will provide you with:
