Case Manager | Immediate Start Beaumont People

JOB DESCRIPTION

Beaumont People are currently partnering with a local not-for-profit seeking an experienced Case Manager in the Northern Rivers region, we would love to hear from you if you are an experienced Case Manager or Social Worker. 
  
Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, or provide the services required to meet the needs of clients.
  • Assist clients to recover from their experience of trauma through the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic counselling and support.
  • Contribute to and participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of programs
  • Provide information and support, referral and advice to clients and other service providers.
  • Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure the delivery of coordinated and effective services
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in disciplines relevant
  • Demonstrated understanding of domestic and family violence, its complexities, and consequences is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in case management and working from a trauma-informed framework.
  • This role is female identified
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities
  • The ability to hit the ground running
  • High attention to detail
  • Available to commence immediately.
