- Collaborate with families, therapists, and other educators to tailor support that uplifts the individual needs of each child.
- Implement engaging programs that enhance emotional, social, and academic well-being.
- Regularly assess and document children’s progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure optimal development and growth.
- Guide and mentor staff, using your early childhood experience to assist the Director/Educational Leader and Room Leaders in creating inclusive environments.
- Review and refine the service’s behavior management plans and Strategic Inclusion Plans (SIP), ensuring alignment with best practices and our inclusive philosophy.
- Be a beacon of support, kindness, and encouragement, nurturing children’s confidence and resilience.
📚 Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent.
- An ardor for inclusive education; prior experience is a plus!
- A deep-rooted passion for crafting experiences that touch the soul and ignite the mind.
