As a counselor at Oxford Immigration and Educational Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of international students. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on education and migration pathways to Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive counseling to international students, assisting them in making well-informed decisions about their educational journey.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, aspirations, and interests to recommend appropriate courses and institutions.
- Facilitate the visa application process, ensuring adherence to immigration regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Australian immigration and education policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of student interactions and progress.
- Foster productive relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to facilitate student admissions.
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study opportunities in Australia.
- Assist students in resolving academic and personal challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current international students.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an International Student Education Counselor, with a track record in the field.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi, with exceptional communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system and immigration processes.
- Strong understanding of visa requirements and immigration regulations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for efficient record-keeping.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service to international students.
