Operations Manager All Care Australia

JOB DESCRIPTION

All Care Australia are seeking to be a leading provider of care services for children, young people and families. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can support strong care teams in the provision of high quality trauma-informed residential services for young people as well as the development and implementation of new programs within the region. 

We’ve recently extended All Care Australia’s out-of-home care residential program to the Mackay region and are actively seeking an Operations Manager capable of supervising operations in this area while ensuring continued sustainable expansion.

Reporting to: The General Manager 

The Operations Manager will provide effective leadership and strategic management in service delivery that is consistent with the organisation’s Strategic Plan. The Operations Manager will ensure service delivery is consistent and compliant with the requirements of relevant legislation and funding bodies. Other management responsibilities will include:

  • aspects of human resource management
  • staff training and development
  • internal and external stakeholder management
  • thorough program reporting
  • risk management
  • providing solution-based outcomes
  • development and implementation of systems, processes, policies and procedures.

You will be provided with support from a strong team of passionate practitioners and fellow leaders who are driven to achieve client outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated industry experience within community services.
  • Extensive 3+years experience in a management role or similar overseeing a diverse workforce
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, human services, community development, psychology or similar.
