Hobart or Launceston

37.5 hours per week (negotiable) 

Engender Equality is a specialist service offering counselling, support and information to people who have experienced family violence.   

Engender is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Counselling Practice Supervisor to join our state-wide team of passionate and skilled workers.  

Reporting to the Practice Leader the Practice Supervisor is a new leadership role, providing:

  • Direct practice supervision and line management to a team of therapeutic counsellors  
  • Leadership support for the Practice Leader  
  • Therapeutic counselling for a small caseload of family violence victim-survivors.
