Riise is a recently established boutique care agency in Ballarat. The team is led by Nadine and alongside her are very highly motivated and professional care teams who provide care which stems from the heart. Riise works closely with its clients, families and other associated parties. We aim to provide an exceptional support service to all our clients.
About You
We are currently looking for dedicated, motivated and passionate people to join our agency who will help us to continue to achieve our mission and positively represent Riise in the community. We will provide an environment where you will feel nurtured, supported and part of a growing team. There are several casual positions available, paid in accordance with the relevant award.
Essential Criteria
- Dedication and reliable
- Ability to be an excellent Team member
- Well-developed organisational and communication skills
- Capacity to adapt to a variety of work situations
- Must be able to work within the relevant Client guidelines
- Adhere to legislation and Riise’s Policies and Procedures
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check – Clearance
- A friendly, warm and positive attitude to work and life
Desirable Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience as a support worker
- Experience dealing with Complex Care requirements
- Manual Handling
- Food Handling
- Infection Control
- Relevant certificate/s in the field
