We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in community services, health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion or similar
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in delivery of services to people experiencing mental health issues and or/suicidality
- Previous experience in providing case management to vulnerable groups
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
