JOB DESCRIPTION

Spear & Arrow Therapeutic is an NDIS registered behavioural support and disability service provider. We work with kids, families and carers on the day-to-day things that make life easier.

We are looking for an accomplished Program Supervisor with over 10 years experience in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) field to join our team. As a Program Supervisor at Spear & Arrow Therapeutic, you will have a unique opportunity to lead, manage and shape our ABA program, making a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.

Here’s what we need from you

  • Set the strategic direction for our ABA programs, ensuring excellence in assessment, intervention and supervision.
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve common goals and maintain the highest standards of ABA.
  • Provide guidance and support in developing innovative training and teaching methods for staff.
  • Oversee the implementation of program assessments and software applications, such as VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, EFL, Hi Rasmus and others.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teachers, parents, community partners and schools.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest quality of ABA services.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the field and disseminate research and best practices to staff.

Must haves

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with current certification.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the ABA field, including leadership and management roles.
  • Proficiency in a variety of program assessments and software, including VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, EFL, Hi Rasmus and others.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience setting up ABA practices, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in ABA services.
  • Self-assessment at an advanced level of the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework (or ability to obtain).
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Have a WWCC, NCC and NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain)
