- Part-Time Permanent (0.9 FTE)
- Classification: Consumer Service Delivery Level 3 with a salary range of $82,123 – $88,367 pro rata per annum + Superannuation

About your new role
The Intake and Assessment Officer is part of a multidisciplinary mental health team, delivering high quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services for individuals in the community who experience mental health issues and are seeking support. The priority of the HtH PDIS is to connect people seamlessly to the most appropriate local service to meet their identified needs, consistent with the ‘stepped care’ approach.

What you will bring to the role?
- Compliant with SA Health workplace health and safety requirements, including Requirements for Workers in Healthcare Settings.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of mental health intake, assessment and supporting consumers with presenting mental health concerns.
- Engage consumers, using a strengths-based approach.
- Experience working with client information systems, maintaining accurate documentation and data collection.
- National Criminal History Check (police check) – disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check – required before commencement of work
- Current drivers licence
- Australian working rights
