We have a proud 40 year track record operating in a suite of programs in disability, mental health, homelessness, social and affordable housing, family & domestic violence, child family and community services.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Mental Health services support hundreds of people each year throughout many New South Wales communities. As a Community Support Worker your role is to provide psychosocial rehabilitation for people who are living with a mental illness. By identifying appropriate supports, you will help transition clients toward recovery, supported independent living and re-integration into their community.

Criteria:
- Cert III or above in Community Service, Mental Health or relevant industry Qualification and/or significant relevant experience
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach.
- Ability to follow established support work practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to follow individual support plans.
