Recovery Solutions Counselling is seeking 2 Mental Health Clinicians for either full-time or part-time to join our team.

About us

Recovery Solutions Counselling is based in Albury Wodonga and provides counselling for mental health, grief, trauma, neurodivergence and overall well-being. Our practitioners work with people of all ages from diverse backgrounds. We provide support and aim to empower individuals and families in times when they require assistance on their journey. We aim to provide a service that facilitates recovery and healing using an empowering, respectful, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approach.

 

About the role

Our business is expanding, and we are excited to offer this opportunity to a like-minded and passionate qualified Social Worker or Psychologist. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to follow your passion and develop your skills working with a diverse range of clients. You must be committed to providing quality client-centred care. The successful candidate will have experience with trauma-informed care and a range of mental health presentations.

 

About you

This role is available to those seeking part-time work, with an opportunity to negotiate hours.

 

Our ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • 2 years + experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work or Psychology
  • Ability to register with your governing body
  • Working with Children Checks
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes and utilise evidence-based practice
  • A professional, warm, and empathetic approach to clients
