JOB POSITION
The Education Counsellor will guide international students to find the institution that best meets their learning and career aspirations. Driving the achievement of pipeline goals, customer satisfaction and targets through each stage of the student journey.
The Education Counsellor is also responsible for directly promoting Future Connect products and services to students, supporting and referring students with issues other than placement.
This is a Permanent Full time role at our Sydney office.
RESPONSBILITIES

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing students.

Students counselling

Providing and assisting students with general information about courses and all enrolment procedures.

Perform Administrative/Reception functions including telephone enquiries.

Providing general assistance to all students and continually improve their student experience

Provide support in all marketing events.

Sound knowledge on VET and Higher Education courses for International students.

Strong understanding on entry requirements and AQF.
To be successful in this role you will need working experience with a similar position whereby you have provided counselling services to students currently overseas (offshore) looking to study in Australia, as well as domestic and onshore international students
