JOB DESCRIPTION

Casual, Health and Wellbeing Coaching & education position, suited for a graduate or final year Health Science student. We assist a variety of Corporate clients, both at client sites and virtually, including local government council sites.

Due to recent client contracts, HBD is excited to offer a casual position within our team. Training will be provided along with on-going support and development. Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
• Motivate, mentor and support individuals to achieve and sustain set health and injury prevention goals.
• Delivery of Health Assessments, Body Mechanics training and various Health and Injury Prevention services. Overnight travel may be required when servicing regional clients.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader national operations team. Necessary qualification, skills and attributes include:
• Degree in Exercise Physiology or Health Science (final year students may apply). 
• Exceptional communication and people skills – a must!
• Confidence working with groups of blue-collar and white-collar clients.
• Confidence in using computer programs.
• Passion for health and injury prevention.
• Passion for helping individuals to achieve improved health outcomes.
• Driver’s license and current First Aid / CPR certification are required.
