Livingstone is a well-established co-educational Christian day school that caters for students from Prep to Year 12 plus an onsite Early Learning Centre.

About the Role

  • Part time (3 days a week) – term time only
  • Commencing on 12 January 2024 (for orientation and PD activities)
  • Working with an established, supportive Ministry Team

As a College Chaplain, you will embody the ministry heart of Livingstone Christian College and respond to the spiritual, emotional and welfare needs of its community.

About You

  • You have personal views and beliefs that align with the Christian ethos of the College, and you are able to demonstrate an active faith and church involvement.
  • You have either a Diploma of Youth Work or a Diploma of Counselling (must include units of competency in ‘making appropriate referrals’ and ‘mental health’.
  • It would be an advantage if you are competent in administration, note taking, spreadsheets, emails etc.
  • You hold a current WWC clearance (Bluecard).
  • Proven capacity to work closely with students with a focus on their spiritual growth.
  • A history of working effectively in ministry teams.
  • Mission heart for local, national and global communities.
