The Role!

If you are a fully registered Psychologist/Accredited Social Worker or a Provisional Psychologist with previous mental health experience, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board as a Contractor/Employee. We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes a full time caseload of no more than 24 client hours per week, a focus on taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours, caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations, monthly group supervision with like-minded psychologists from across our three clinics, and daily group chat interactions.

Greater Geelong Psychology, along with it’s other clinics in Bacchus Marsh and Ballarat, is a well-established business, now in its 9th year.  Over the years, we have spoken to a lot of clinicians about what they desire in their dream roles and we have incorporated this into our model of private practice. Our clinicians have identified their motivations for work and we design job roles that foster increased job satisfaction and role diversity.
