JOB DESCRIPTION

SYDNEY:  Our client fully supports a work from home model and you still have the benefit of working with an experienced team of Allied Health professionals with a collaborative mindset.  No micro managing – once you have gone through induction you are fully trusted to do your job.
  
CO: Bespoke DVA, Occ Rehab & CTP Org | Known for using Innovative, Evidence-based, Best-practice, Health service focused methods to assist injured Vets, Workers & MVA clients | They have their system for WFH down pat (Pssst, their WFH model predates Covid, by a long time) and it’s been working like a charm | Cohort has 10+ yrs industry experience on average 
  
ROLE: 360 Case Management of injured Vets, Workers and MVA clients under DVA, iCare & CTP schemes | VOX | Report Writing | Clients have primary or secondary psychological injuries | Liaison with Stakeholders | RTW, redeployment or Community engagement
  
SALARY: $100K Base + Super | Petrol Card for Work and Personal Use
  
ADDITIONAL PACKAGE DEETS: Annual Salary Reviews | Tools of Trade including phone, scanner, home office set-up | Online and journal subscriptions
  
LOCATION: Your home – the best office in town | Access to space to run assessments when required | Sydney
  
ARRANGEMENT: Full-time or Part-time
