All For Kids Therapy is a private psychology practice located in Springfield Lakes, Queensland, an ideal midway point between Brisbane and Ipswich. We have worked with children and their families in our community for over 12 years, providing assessment and therapy. We have the invaluable experience of working alongside Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy teams within our interdisciplinary clinic. This provides the opportunity for our clients to be able to easily access a range of allied health services, and, our team get the enjoyment of working not only with likeminded psychologists, but also getting to work with and learn from other allied health professionals.

Our two directors work hard to provide a supportive, friendly, engaging workplace, where our team can enjoy coming to work each day and being part of a team, feel confident and proud of the services they offer families, and continue to learn and develop their clinical skills. We provide regular board-approved individual and group supervision with our directors, Dr Elizabeth Goadby and Dr Crystal McMullen, for all of our staff.

We offer flexibility in terms of hours, days, what type of clientele you like to work with, and how you want to manage your schedule. We understand that the benefit of private practice is being able to tailor your work around your life, and we work hard to ensure every member of our team is able to achieve this, whilst also earning a great income and providing much-needed services to families in our community.

The Position
We are looking for a clinical psychologist, psychologist, or a clinical psychology registrar to join our team in either a part-time or full-time role. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion and interest in child and family work, who is interested in private practice, and wanting to be part of a close supportive team within our interdisciplinary clinic. The role can be a therapy-focussed role, or a combination of assessment and therapy, depending on your preference and areas of strength and interest.
