JOB DESCRIPTION

Unique Minds Consultancy is a small business that offers services to clients with multiple and complex needs in the child and family sector. Unique Minds has been operational for 15 years; however, in recent years has grown to offer streams of service that meet the changing needs in therapeutic assessments, child developmental play services, intensive in-home therapeutic services, and therapeutic options for families to meet mental health challenges. We have a clinic in Dalby, Toowoomba, and are establishing a service in the South Burnett region. 

Applicants are required to have a degree qualification in social work, human services, psychology, education, or equivalent, Qualifications and prior experience in Child Play Therapy are required.

The successful applicant will be required to engage with a caseload of clients with disabilities, neurodivergence, and often with comorbidity of disorders and/or conditions. Other requirements of the role include:
Attendance at Stakeholder Meetings, 
Develop therapeutic plans, 
Engage with NDIS software, 
Write reports as required, 
Session planning for client sessions.
