Wellbeing Worker McArthur

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role:

McArthur are seeking experienced Wellbeing Workers to join our casual staffing team.

We partner with leading Community Services and Mental Health providers to support their various residential programs across Victoria.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing direct support to individual clients through a range of practices in accordance with their individual recovery plan
  • Assisting with full community participation for individuals with mental and physical health diagnosis
  • Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the residential service
  • Displaying strong ability to work within strict safety management plans and behavioural support plans

The Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate IV degree qualification, or above, in Youth Work, Mental Health, Community Services, AOD or similar
  • Mandatory Units of Competency (Top-Up Skills), where seeking to work in Out of Home Care settings
  • Minimum 3 months paid sector experience
  • Current clear Police Check completed within the last 12 months
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check AND Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
  • Victorian Drivers Licence
