A quarterly incentive will be discussed at interview with the right applicant.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • General understanding and awareness of WH&S 
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification. 
  • A current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience 
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card.
  • Be willing and able to work set shifts (where feasible). 
  • This role has a variety of shifts: Early, Late, Day, Weekend, Sleepovers, and Awake shifts. You will be asked to fill out your availability before an interview is booked and be held accountable for the hours you nominate. 
  • We offer the greatly sought after (SCHADS) Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
