The Company 

Our client has developed significant training and assessment resources to support the various Training Packageas for use within their registered training organisations. The company also develops materials specifically for customers and clients with special requirements.

Our client’s expertise lies in providing excellent, inspiring training solutions that are informed by our connections with the industry and delivered by our exceptional learning and facilitation specialists.

The role
As a Student Engagement Officer, you will assist with any student-related matters within the RTO, including course progress, answering calls and emails from students, and releasing units for online students.

This is a full-time permanent position, located in North Sydney, NSW.

Commencement is January 2024.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Support trainers and students onsite

  • Respond to phone and email contact with both students and clients

  • Record input student information in the Student Management System

  • Monitor course progress and attendance monitoring, intervention, and counselling

  • Assist students to use LMS

  • Creating excel documents

  • Sourcing venues for training

The Successful Candidate

  • You have impeccable customer service skills and phone manner

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Intermediate computer skills and effective time management

  • Able to work autonomously and as a part of a team with initiative

  • You have a strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role or RTO is highly desired
