We’re looking for a Clinical Lead for Chatswood headspace.

 

This is a Full time permanent position, we are looking to hear from experienced Clinicians who can bring an innovative and unique perspective to our team.

 

Working days are Monday to Friday, during business hours.

 

The Day to Day

  • Provide Clinical leadership to the team
  • Manage, and provide supervision for staff
  • Manage clinical resources to ensure client services are maintained
  • Maintain and support relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the vision, strategic planning, and relevant policy development for headspace.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for young people and their families

 

About You

  • Leadership skills and ability
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment and working with young people 
  • Post-qualifying experience in the delivery of clinical services, relevant to young people (aged 12- 25 years)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other relevant field
  • Eligibility for membership of relevant professional association or membership of registration body or working towards same
