Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
• Providing behaviour therapy services to clients focusing on skill development and behaviour change.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and intervention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in behaviour therapy and disability support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
