Primary Mental Health Clinician

Up to 1.0 full time equivalent – (Competitive Salaries Offered, Plus Superannuation, Plus Salary Packaging) 

Registered Nurse $76384 – $98918 (Pro Rata +Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging).
Social Workers $67800 – $102510 (Pro Rata +Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging).

FocusOne Health is a not for profit organisation providing a range of programs and services that aim to raise awareness and improve health outcomes of the community. We are passionate about supporting our local regional communities and we are inviting applications from equally motivated and passionate professionals with clinical expertise to provide mental health services to people living in the above regions in South Australia. Remotely located clinical roles will be considered.

Clinicians play key roles in the provision of evidenced based clinical mental health; including assessment and provision of psychological strategies to people with mild, moderate and sometimes severe mental illness. Roles currently available are in the Primary Mental Health Care (PMHC) program. Clinicians in the PMHC program aim to assist individuals with complex mental health needs to increase their capacity to manage their physical and mental health and to avoid relapse through early intervention or the onset of acute symptoms.

Candidates will be Social Workers (AASW registerable) or Registered Nurses (AHPRA registerable). Candidates will have at least two years’ experience and consummate skills working with people with severe and persistent mental health illness.

The successful candidate will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s EBA dependent on skills, experience and qualifications. We are a family-friendly organisation offering flexible terms and conditions combined with attractive salary packaging arrangements.

In accordance with the South Australian Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017, the successful candidate will be required to obtain both a National Police Certificate and a Child Related DCSI screening, prior to employment commencing.
