Site Team Leader – Albany Forrest Personnel

Our Site Team Leader role will be instrumental in the roll-out of the new model and flexibility and agility are required to work in our dynamic environment. What does the role involve?

Based in our Albany office the Team Leader role will manage and mentor all staff incorporating Disability Employment Services (DES), Labour Hire and NDIS workflows, while overseeing all day-to-day site operations in accordance with Forrest Personnel Policies and Procedures.

You will:

  • Be responsible for monitoring the quality and effectiveness of service delivery in line with the principles and objectives of Forrest Personnel.
  • Monitor the compliance of documentation in relation to effective service delivery and contractual obligations.
  • Track client outcomes, maintain appropriate documentation, and make financial claims on behalf of the organisation.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management or similar (desirable).
  • Experience in a similar leadership role (essential).
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, illnesses, or injuries. (desirable).
  • Strong business development, marketing, and networking skills (essential).
  • The ability to foster new and existing business relationships throughout the broader community.
  • Experience influencing and motivating team members.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in achieving team targets and KPI’s.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Software, especially with excel.

We’re also looking for a candidate with current

  • Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance (within the last 3 months)
