ABOUT THE ROLE 
 
In this role you will provide early intervention support for vulnerable families with children and young people who are showing early signs of, or are at risk of developing a mental illness. You will also Support children and young people to improve their wellbeing and enable them to better participate in their communities and reach their full potential.

ABOUT YOU 

  • Tertiary qualification in a community service, social science or related field and/or specialised skills & experience sufficient to perform at this level
  • Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordination of people with complex support needs
  • Experience working with children, young people and families
  • Demonstrated experience and or understanding of Trauma Informed Care
  • Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities
  • Working with Children Check
  • Satisfactory Criminal record check
  • Current Driver’s Licence
