Position Overview:
As Team Leader you’ll contribute to mentoring and coaching of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians (including physiotherapists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists), provide leadership and develop a positive culture, deliver clinical excellence and work closely with other business units. We provide a supportive environment whereby we’re all connected daily through technology across Australia, meaning although you’re based in the beauty of a remote location you’re not isolated.
Why Patches:
– Competitive salary in the region of $90,000 – $120,000 dependent on experience.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills (clinical progress notes, report writing and case summary)
• Experience in a leadership or management role
• Ability to build relationships with community stakeholders
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Highly developed organisational skills
• Willingness to work within a growing, dynamic multidisciplinary team
• Clinical experience in Allied Health
• Work experience in the disability sector and/or NDIS
• Knowledge of finance reporting, service projections and service planning
• Be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children’s Check, current Police Cert and Australian Driver’s License
