About The WES

As the onsite Mental Health Professional, you will be passionate about providing mentoring, support and debriefing to our passionate and dedicated team of Peer Support Workers. You will also assist if a visitor to The WES requires an escalation in support, including organising a warm transfer to the Emergency Department.

You are open to and excited by opportunities to continuously improve the space to make sure that it is meeting community needs and consult with our Peer Support Workers when ideas are presented.

You are a registered Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or equivalent.

OR

You have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or equivalent and experience outlined in the Position Description.

How to apply
