ProCare Australia are a Brisbane based boutique Recruitment and Labour Hire Agency, dedicated to providing staffing support to the Community Services sector. 

 

For over 20 years, we have supported Not-For-Profit, Private Companies and Government Agencies with permanent, fixed term contract, locum and casual staffing solutions, so we have a variety of work available.

Casual Labour Hire work available in QLD only, mainly in SE QLD.

Our Casual staff are paid above award rates and are offered flexibility to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle. There is currently huge demand for staff, so whilst we don’t guarantee minimum hours, many casual staff are working full time hours. 

 

Our permanent and fixed term contract Candidates are provided with expert support throughout the recruitment process. From initial interview to post placement support, you will have a dedicated Recruitment Consultant advocating for you every step of the way. 

We recruit for a variety of roles across:

  • Domestic and Family Violence
  • Housing and Homelessness
  • Mental Health
  • Alcohol and other Drugs
  • Humanitarian Support
  • Disability

 

General Requirements: 

Qualifications, licences and probity:

  • Tertiary qualification relevant to Community Services / Human Services / Social Work 
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Possession of, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a Working with Children Check 
  • Possession of, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
  • Must have Permanent Residency to be considered

 

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the community services sector 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
