Our primary objective is to deliver personalised support to our participants. We create innovative care plans centred around each individual, helping them to achieve their goals, fulfil their aspirations, and live their best lives. 

As we continue to expand, we are seeking additional staff members to provide support to our complex clients. We are specifically looking for dedicated Mental Health Support Workers who possess experience in managing challenging behaviours and addressing high care needs. This rewarding role involves assisting multiple clients residing on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. 

 

 

Staff Requirements 

 

  • Proven experience in supporting individuals with mental health issues, intellectual impairment, challenging behaviours, trauma- informed care, suicide ideation, Autism, conflict resolution, restrictive practice & positive behaviour support plans. 
  • Availability to morning, evening, active awake & sleepover shifts – 7+hr shifts.
  • Effective management of challenging situations. 
  • MAYBO training is highly desired but not essential. 
  • Reliable and can work independently and as part of a team.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card. 
  • First Aid & CPR. 
  • A valid QLD Driver’s Licence plus registered and insured vehicle.
