About us
Teen Partners is on a mission to help young people successfully navigate the transition from childhood to adolescence and beyond. We are also passionate about supporting the people who support our teens: parents, carers, educators.
We do this by offering proactive wellbeing education, as well as counselling services and mentoring services.
Due to the growth of our business, we are looking to grow our team to ensure this proactive approach and positive impact can reach our community more widely.
