We have an exciting new contracting opportunity for an After-Hours Clinician (EAP and Trauma/Critical Incident response) and we’re on the hunt for a teammate to join our Hobart team!
About our opportunity:
You will be working with individuals who have experienced an accident in the workplace, sudden death or injury or other workplace change. You will deliver quality, short-term psychological interventions to promote recovery and ongoing resilience.
Multiple delivery methods including onsite, phone and video sessions, a variety of customers and professional domains.
We would love to talk to you if you:
- Are a registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW) or Counsellor (ACA level 3 or PACFA Clinical membership)
- Have demonstrated skills in short-term counselling, psychological first aid and trauma-informed practices
- Have demonstrated ability to work comfortably with a variety of presentations using valid clinical frameworks
- Work well in high-pressure critical response situations
- Have confidence and resourcefulness to adapt to changing circumstances and environments
- Have a passion for supporting organisations in times of crisis and change
