Position Responsibilities include:
- Co-facilitation of day program to clients with co-occurring mental health and AOD concerns
- Work part time 4 days per week or 9-day fortnight
- Provide case management support to program participants developing and revising individual recovery plans, advocacy and referral to other supports
- Lived-experience highly valued
- Undertake eligibility screening and readiness support for referred people
- Facilitate the safe exit of program participants from the program as required
Skills & experience
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Technical knowledge & practical work experience in AOD, mental health, social work or related field.
- Trauma-sensitive and recovery-oriented approach
- Open Drivers Licence
- Experience facilitating groups
