Karralika Programs is seeking full-time, part-time and casual Alcohol and Other Drug workers. Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced workers who support the purpose and values of our organisation and who have relevant qualifications in AOD with related mental health and other complex needs experience, knowledge and skills.
The role provides support to people with significant AOD issues who are participating in residential treatment within the Karralika Therapeutic Community including the Adult and Family Programs. The position will include evening and weekend shifts on roster, and the position is offered as either full-time, part-time or on a casual basis.

You will require a minimum Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs or an equivalent qualification in other fields including mental health and children’s services and experience working with people with complex needs is required. Experience in working within and/or knowledge of the therapeutic community model is an advantage, but not essential.
You will be joining a supportive and close-knit team, in a values-based organisation, who sees the potential in every individual.
