The successful candidate will contribute to helping our job seekers work through barriers to obtain employment.
The successful applicant will have graduated in a degree in:
- Psychology
- Allied Health
- Social Work
- Rehabilitation Counselling
Duties include:
- Undertake employability assessment appointments with job seekers to develop career pathway plans, whilst addressing any barriers
- Develop strategies to assist job seekers in overcoming vocational and non-vocational barriers to get back into the workforce
- Develop return to work plans and monitor progress
- Build and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with local community health services.
- Ensure operations are conducted ethically, fairly and within statutory, legal and contractual requirements

- Tertiary qualifications
- The ability to work competently and independently with a diverse and complex range of candidates in implementing strategies to achieve employment outcomes.
- A superior level of interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a team setting
- Excellent computing skills, superior written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
